Filming the documentary, "Water of Life - A Whisky Film' in Scotland earlier this year.

Tellus360 and its Tellus3Whiskey Club, 24 E. King St., will host a single malt scotch tasting tour on Wednesday, July 18, from 7 to 9 p.m.

The event is to help raise funds for the independent documentary, "The Water Of Life - A Whisky Film," about the craftsmanship and artistry behind the world's greatest whiskies.

The evening will feature a free guided tasting of whiskies from distilleries that  have inspired the filmmakers.

“As we traveled throughout Scotland, we met with and interviewed some of the most creative and influential people in the industry. And now we’d love to share some of their creations. And to show the trailer of our upcoming film,” said Brad Kenyon, a co-producer and  director of photography on the film, who is from Lancaster.

While the event is free, they will be asking for donations for the film’s crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo.

If interested, RSVP at wateroflifefilm.eventrbrite.com. Space is limited.
